- Yesterday I left my office at lunch for the first time in probably 3 months, literally every other time I just run to HEB grab something and come back. Not today, as I am driving I see 2 helicopters and a ton of police cars at The Woodlands Mall. Thanks to Facebook a friend of mine was able to tell me what was going on. A woman, 23 years old, was shot in an attempted carjacking. I know crime happens everywhere but when you are literally right across the street after it happens, that shakes you to the core. One thing I noticed from the news her car was smaller than the cars on either side of her and lower to the ground, she couldn’t see them coming. So please everyone be careful, check your surroundings. It can happen to anyone anywhere.
- My son has started opening the door for me and his sister! Apparently daycare is working with him on etiquette, so as a friend on Facebook said girls years and years down the road will appreciate that.
- Once again quitting Diet Coke is much harder than it sounds.
- I am working on product samples, so many things out there to offer! I am hoping this month to get some product pictures up on my blog. I am not a product photographer so hopefully they will do the products justice.
- My daughter has started to play dress up, can I just tell you how weird it is to go from Baseballs and Footballs to Tiaras and High Heels? Seriously when I go to buy things I have to remind myself that trucks are not the only things girls play with! So I bought my Miss Priss a purse, fake earring and high heels…pictures will be here on Monday I am sure
